100 Mile Endurance Winner Uses Hoof-it Shoes


100 race winner Al Baraaq wears Hoof-it composite horseshoes and protective pads made fom HOOF-it II high tech acrylic.

According to his owner and rider Ms. Jennifer Nice, she has set records with Al Baraaq and Hoof-it up to 30 minutes ahead of the second place horse.

Jennifer's comments, "I'm really pleased with the Anatomics and the HOOF-it acrylic pads. I don't know that I would go back to steel shoes on this horse."

The first race Al ran on HOOF-it Technology Products, was the Death Valley Encounter 200 mile, the hardest and rockiest terrain you can encounter in an endurance race. He collected three wins and three best condition awards.

In his third year of AERC competition, Al Baraaq completed 1,635 consecutive miles. In just 24 races, he has earned 20 - top ten finishes, 8 wins, and 9 best condition awards.
